1. Services

Calm Spaces Organizing provides home organizing and decluttering services tailored to your needs. We may decline projects that fall outside our scope or safety standards.

2. Booking & Payment

The balance is due at the end of your appointment.

3. Session Minimum

All sessions have a 3‑hour minimum to ensure meaningful progress.

4. Cancellations

• Reschedule with 24 hours notice and your retainer will transfer to the new date.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.

• Same‑day cancellations or missed sessions are charged 100% of the session fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure safe access to your home and be available to make decisions about your belongings unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

6. Our Commitment

We provide respectful, judgment‑free support and maintain full confidentiality.

7. Donations & Disposal

We can remove small donations with your permission. Larger items or disposal services may require third‑party providers at your cost.

8. Photos

We may take before‑and‑after photos for progress tracking. We will never share them without your written consent.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, unsafe conditions, or items discarded with your approval. We maintain appropriate liability coverage.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The latest version will always be available on our website.
